In order to create list, you just need to click Create new list button from Twitter.
Once you click the button, it will ask you the name of the list and some description. It also allows the users to choose privacy setting whether to make private list or not.
Once I made my own Collaborative Computing list privately, I searched for my classmates to add them on my list.
I finally got 13 members of our class into my Collaborative Computing list and it is not much easier to follow my teammates separately from other tweets that I am following.
